In terms of tuition, our aim has been to provide beginners and intermediates of either sport with a structured, safe and fun learning environment to minimise frustration and maximise progress. Unlike many static watersports operations we have a suitably ‘pimped out’ vehicle that accommodates all the necessary equipment which means we can take either activity to a variety of breathtaking locations including Tynemouth, South Shields, Northumberland and The Lake District amongst a host of others.

Alongside offering beginner and intermediate instruction, Boardskillz also provide advanced coaching for those really wanting to push the envelope! The company’s founder (Joe Thwaites) is regarded by many as one of the UK’s best paddle board instructors.
